Pink Valentine

So here is the rest of my outfit that I wore for Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I went out to lunch and we exchanged gifts at home, I love the little things he got me! I thought an all pink outfit would be really appropriate since pink is my favourite colour and Valentines is all about love! It just made sense!

My pink outfit consists of my M2F pink skinny jeans, my Zara pink blazer, my Topshop knitted cream jumper/sweater and rainbow necklace, ASOS white long sleeved top and neon pink watch, my new Mulberry pink denim Lily, my pink Azendi Carousel ring and my River Island taupe ankle boots.

I also wanted to take this posts opportunity to say thank you to my wonderful boyfriend. Thank you for taking my photos for my blog, for always being there for me, keeping me warm when I get cold (which is often), making sure I am ok when we are out, always thinking of me, looking after me when I need it, knowing me better than I know myself… The list could go on, but I wont, I will keep it short. I’m glad there is a day in the year where we can celebrate love! So what do you think of my all pink outfit?

Be My Valentine – Pink & Red Finds

Since Valentines Day is right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to put a little post together of the things I like and think are appropriate for Valentines Day! Keeping with the theme of pink and red (for romance and love of course) I have piled together loads of items that I found online. Some are very cheap while others are quite expensive. I like to include a mix.

I personally would love everything in this list! Especially the Mulberry purse above, the Ksubi pink jeans, the Christian Louboutin Pigalle Platos, the glittery nail polish and the Azendi love birds necklaces! Just as a clue to one of my upcoming posts next week, I recently received a parcel in the mail and it contains one of these pink items… That’s all I will say! Maybe some of you regular readers will guess it! It’s something I have wanted for a long time and saved for…

Blue, White & Fuchsia

This is an outfit that I put together on the spur of the moment. I wanted something classic and smart, but with a big pop of colour which is why I decided on fuchsia. I couldn’t decid which bag to wear though, I was stuck between my Marc Jacobs Bruna and my new sparkly clutch I picked up in the sale at Urban Outfitters. The clutch went with my shoes more, but I know so many people love the Bruna. In the end I think I decided on the clutch being a better option. Which do you prefer?

I was wearing my Hudson Nico skinny jeans, a Topshop pink tank top and cream blazer, a Swarovski Panda necklace that my boyfriend bought me for Christmas, my Azendi Carousel ring, Adele Marie bangle, AVON beaded bracelets and my Christian Louboutin Declic heels in Cramberry.

As I was taking photos of the heels and clutch together, my adorable cat decided she wanted to be in on it, so she sat right next to them. I think she loves Louboutins too! Also, I think this clutch is actually supposed to be a laptop case, but I don’t want to use it as that, it looks much better as a purse! Ha ha.

The Biker Jacket

So as promised, here are more detailed photos of my new leather style biker jacket. It’s quickly become my latest obsession and I can’t stop wearing it! I always find that jackets like this are so versatile and go with almost any outfit. They give an edge to your look and I love that about biker jackets! This one isn’t real leather, it’s polyurethane which I prefer over real leather.

I’m wearing Kasil skinny jeans, my Miss Selfridge PU leather biker jacket, my Altru Go Out Tonight tee from Urban Outfitters, my Topshop Glam heels and rainbow ring and my earrings are sort of visible, those are Azendi Butterfly Love Note earrings.

I wore this outfit for one of my reviews but I really like how classic it is. I think heels, skinny jeans and biker jackets are a popular choice among a lot of ladies because it’s such an easy look, you can just throw it together and it looks good all the time, in my opinion. I love the zips on this jacket and the quilting at the shoulders too. The buckles are also a great addition. I’m really happy that I randomly came across this jacket in the store. I had been looking for one for a long time and then I stumbled across the perfect one! I love it when that happens, don’t you?

Valentines Day

I hope you all had a lovely Valentines Day on Monday! I spent the day with my boyfriend and I was lucky enough to be taken out to a 5 star hotel for lunch! Thankfully the weather stayed sunny and we had a lovely meal. I had a caesar salad and then raspberry sorbet for pudding, my boyfriend had a burger and a winter berry pudding. The food was really delicious and so pretty! That’s saying something as I generally am not that fond of food if I am honest. They even stack the chips like jenga blocks and decorate the plates beautifully!

I did have a wonderful time which I am so thankful for, it’s the first time I’ve really done anything like this for a romantic occasion. I also got a really pretty Swarovski pink and purple crystal heart necklace which you can see in the photos. I know my boyfriend reads my blog every day so this is partly a thank you post to him, plus I have more outfit photos inside 😀

Red Like Garnet

Just when I think it’s warming up it gets freezing again! Grr. I am so beyond ready for Spring now! You LA people are so lucky to have such nice weather right now. I have a busy weekend ahead so I probably wont be updating much until Monday. I will share the photos of what I am doing as soon as I can!
