Feeling The Blues

First of all I wanted to wish my American readers a happy thanksgiving! I hope you are all having a nice day today! We don’t celebrate it here in England but I know it’s an important holiday to you.

I’m wearing Paige Verdugo leggings in Paige Blue, a H&M t-shirt, a Topshop black blazer, berry scarf, Glam heels and rainbow ring.

For this outfit, I was styling the blue jeggings for a review on DenimBlog and I thought adding the pop of red with this scarf would really make it stand out. I bought this scarf along with a hat in the Oxford Circus Topshop in London. It was my first time actually going in the store and it’s amazing! It has 5 floors and so much stuff, it was overwhelming, but being a huge Topshop fan, it was also a dream come true! I loved it!

I’m actually off to London again next week, twice, and then I don’t have to go for a while. I have more press events to attend and also another event which I will tell you more about later, but it’s one I am SO excited for! I can’t wait to share it with you! It’s going to be really fun! So what do you think of my outfit?

My Time At The Donna Ida Denim Clinic

Sorry it’s taken me so long to post about my time at Donna Ida! The posts were going up individually on DenimBlog and I just finished putting the last one up today so I piled all of the images together and made them into one big post for you all to see. I had an amazing time there trying on lots of different jeans, styling outfits with the stylist and modelling the clothes for the Donna Ida blog.

Donna (below middle) is also amazingly lovely! She’s so friendly and so is Kim (below right), she’s wonderful! There are loads of photos in this post of my time at the Donna Ida boutique on Belgravia and my outfits as well as a little video I put together of what was going on behind the scenes. What do you think? You can check out the posts on DenimBlog here and find out more about the Denim Clinic and you can check out the Donna Ida blog posts here and here.

It’s A Boot Thing

I’m really excited and nervous since tomorrow is the day I head to London for the styling session. I have mixed feelings about it but I know it’s going to be great fun! I’ve been feeling really exhausted lately from a lot of stress though so I hope I wont be too tired. This is an outfit I put together for a review on DenimBlog but I ended up really liking it because it’s so simple.

I’m wearing DL1961 skinny Jessica jeans, a Miss Selfridge striped jumper/sweater and a pair of older Topshop boots.

Do you all have any plans for the weekend? I’m planning to wear my new coat that I bought last weekend so I can show it to you all. I’m so excited to style it! I love it! I think it’s one of my favourite coats I own, if not my favourite! And still a huge big thank you to all of my new readers and commenters! I appreciate all of your comments!

Black Cherry

I wore this outfit to town on the weekend and I was inspired by an outfit I saw on Rosie from Made in Chelsea. I loved the idea of the leather sleeveless jacket with her deep red jeans and a lighter sweater. I decided to use my hooded sleeveless leather style jacket and a pair of bright red jeans though and pair it with wedges instead of boots. I quite like how it turned out too! What do you think?

I’m wearing J Brand skinny jeans in Black Cherry, a Sparkle & Fade sweater/jumper, a Topshop black PU leather sleeveless jacket, my Urban Outfitters wedges and Deer necklace, a River Island satchel bag and my H&M gold bangles.

I also wanted to welcome my new followers! I have gained quite a few new readers of my blog and I want to thank everyone for taking the time to comment and follow me! It’s really lovely to know you all like my blog and love to read it! I appreciate it a lot! As always, there are lots more photos if you click this post! I will also be reviewing these jeans on DenimBlog soon!

Channeling The 70’s

I have had this denim shirt for a long time, it was actually the first one I bought a few years ago because I loved the bold colour, but I haven’t really worn it much before. Because it’s so bright, I never really knew what to pair it with as I wear jeans mostly. I put this outfit together on the spur of the moment and I thought I would go for a 70’s style vibe mixed with a modern feel.

I’m wearing an ASOS bright blue denim shirt, a Topshop brown paperbag waist skirt, tan Prima clogs and a zebra ring.

I don’t often wear skirts either, the weather doesn’t permit wearing them a lot here and I’m really fussy with tights. A lot of tights are itchy so I have to find some that are really soft. I’ve bought a few pairs that feel soft so I will have to see how those go, hopefully it means I can wear skirts more often! So what do you think of the outfit?

The Colour Block Floppy Hat

I wanted to say sorry that I haven’t been posting much lately or posted many outfit photos. Again I haven’t been feeling too great and the outfit posts are the biggest posts that go on my blog.

Anyway, did you all have a nice weekend? My boyfriend and I sort of made plans to go to Disneyland Paris in the middle of next year! I generally don’t like holidays or staying away and I haven’t been abroad yet as you know, but we can take the Eurostar train straight to Disneyland and I think just being there will override any hesitant thoughts of being away really, I’m just so excited about it!

I’m wearing my Paige Lou Lou flared jeans, a Pins & Needles berry lace top, an ASOS colour block floppy hat and gold tree necklace, a Topshop rainbow ring, a Talullah Tu Tassle String Bracelet and my Urban Outfitters wedges.

I’ve always had a liking for floppy hats but I haven’t really ever been able to find one that suits me. They always end up covering my face or being too big or just not fitting right. I fell in love with this one though since it combines two colours and looks really cute! What do you think?

Beetle Bug

I honestly thought that Autumn was here and this week seems to be really hot and sunny! English weather never ceases to amaze me sometimes, ha ha. I’m much happier now it’s a bit warmer, it reminds me of Summer again! I went to watch Friends With Benefits on the weekend and I thought it was hilarious! Even my boyfriend did and he doesn’t usually like films like that. Has anyone else seen it? I think I prefer Justin Timberlake as an actor!

I’m wearing Nobody straight leg jeans, an Urban Outfitters berry coloured cardigan, a River Island white tank top, Topshop Salma heels and Beetle ring and my Merle O’Grady necklace.

I bought this ring last week as an impulse buy really, I fell in love with it in the store, I love animal or bug jewellery, I always think it’s so unique! In fact, I think more than half of my ring collection is animals… Ha ha! The O.P.I nail polish giveaway is ending today but there is still time to get your entries in! Click here to enter.

Blue, White And Black

I’m really enjoying mixing colours together at the moment. I have always liked coloured jeans but I am so glad that the past season almost every brand brought out loads of colours! I’m slowly gaining a collection of bright jeans and I love wearing them! I decided to pair these blue ones with a more neutral look and just add some print with my favourite leopard scarf.

I’m wearing Ksubi Kolors skinny jeans, a River Island white tank top, my Miss Selfridge PU leather Biker jacket, an ASOS blue satchel, a Lamb ring, Owl Ring and Leopard scarf from Topshop and my Urban Outfitters wedges.

What do you think of the look? Also, I’m going to be running a brand new contest tomorrow, a new one for an O.P.I nail polish set! I’m excited about this one as I love O.P.I so definitely stay tuned! Did you all have a nice weekend? As always there are lots of other photos if you click the ‘continue’ link.
