Mint Green

I got the chance to collaborate with the online store Zalando, in which I got to choose a few items to style for my blog. One of those that I picked was this classic Levi’s Denim Trucker Jacket which I adore! The funny thing was, I didn’t actually own a regular blue Levi’s denim jacket, I have a patchwork one, but not one like this, so now I am thankful I can add this to my closet!

I paired the Levi’s denim jacket with mint green and double denim. I wasn’t so sure on mint green at first because I thought it might be too pale for me, but as it turns out I really like the colour. I also thought I would make this look a little different in pairing the denim jacket with a denim shirt. I’ve not worn double denim in this combination before. I think the yellow clutch makes the outfit pop too! What do you think?

I’m wearing a Levi’s denim jacket, a MiH denim shirt, Miss Selfridge mint leggings, my Kurt Geiger Eleanor nude heels and my Marc by Marc Jacobs Dandelion Karlie.

Also, Zalando actually have their own range of Zalando shoes as well as stocking loads of different premium brands like Diesel, Jeffrey Campbell, Ash, 7 For All Mankind and more! I will be showing you another piece that I got from Zalando next month! I’m excited about the next one. I just need some warmer weather!

Vintage Levi’s Cut Offs

I have always been fond of the Urban Renewal Levi’s shorts in Urban Outfitters, but the fact that most of them were pretty much bleach white didn’t really make me want a pair. I saw this pair in the store and I thought they were gorgeous though! I love the dark blue they have to them and the perfect part was they were my size. I had no idea what size I would be in vintage Levi’s, as it turns out I’m a 31, which I find funny since with today’s sizing I am a 27!

I’m wearing my vintage Urban Renewal Levi’s cut offs, Miss Selfridge cream cardigan, Warehouse black leggings, River Island pink and orange scarf, H&M cream tank top, my Topshop bag, my Urban Outfitters wedges and my new Azendi Carousel earrings.

I decided pairing them with black leggings would be a good option since it’s too cold for bare legs. Of course I added some colour with my pink and orange sparkly scarf too! I’ve also included some photos of my new earrings I said I purchased, mine and my boyfriend’s food and some cool cast iron hand prints of famous people in the rest of this post. What do you think of the outfit?

Little Deserted Laneways

Sometimes I really enjoy wandering around and finding the quiet places where nobody seems to go, out the way of the hustle and bustle of town. Not that my town is that busy to begin with but it’s nice to explore. It seems like the sun was only out for one day unfortunately, now it’s gone back to coldness and rain. Urgh.

I’m wearing my custom DIY Levi’s shorts, a Topshop knitted tank top and white tank top, New Look sandals, my Marc by Marc Jacobs Karlie clutch, a HunnyBee Designs yellow bracelet and my Merle O’Grady pendant.

I’m hopefully trying to set up another contest to run soon since I haven’t done a proper one in a while. Did you get up to anything fun this weekend? I’ve actually been really good lately and haven’t bought anything except a hat in about 4 weeks! Although I think I need to break my shopping ban soon! More photos after the jump.

Custom Levi’s Shorts & Yellow Fields

My boyfriend and I were on our way to my grans and to get lunch today and we saw the most amazing yellow fields. Since I live in the countryside, I am used to seeing the rape seed all around but there are so many fields this year just covered in yellow. We thought they would make great photos.

Since I love designing and doing DIY on my clothes, I actually made these shorts myself. They were a plain pair of high rise Levi’s jeggings which I cut off into shorts and then used a cheese grater to make the distressing. I did them a couple of weeks ago and since it’s been hot out, I finally got to wear them!

I’m wearing my custom Levi’s shorts, an Urban Outfitters Truly Madly Deeply Dove tee, my River Island boots, a Topshop snail ring and an ASOS blue satchel and butterfly necklace.

Did you all have a nice Easter? I don’t really eat chocolate that often so I only got a little Hotel Chocolat bar, but it was delicious! Don’t forget to enter my Marc Jacobs giveaway with FarFetch by clicking here. You can also read more about how I made these shorts here.

The Pink With The White

It’s been so warm and sunny lately! I’m really enjoying the weather! I’ve been doing a small bit of sale shopping as well. I bought some cute ankle boots that will look great with shorts, a couple of printed tees and a light weight scarf. I’ve also finally found the perfect dress for the wedding I am going to soon! I will share that with you when I can. It’s gorgeous!

I’m wearing Levi’s Made and Crafted white skinny jeans, a Zara blazer, a Topshop peach tank top and my orange Sakura heels, a pink ASOS box bag and Topshop coloured stone stacking rings.

I often read Chiara’s blog so I do get inspired by her outfits. I used to wear pink t-shirts with my white skinny jeans all the time so when I saw this pink blazer on here I thought it would be perfect! I’m looking forward to being able to wear more shorts and skirts soon though! What new things have you bought for Summer? I have been stocking up on denim shorts all Winter.

The Boyfriend Shirt

This shirt is actually one of my favourite shirts to grab when I want something warm but easy to wear. It’s a Levi’s flannel shirt and it’s so soft and comfortable! It matches pretty much everything too. A special thank you to who sent it to me, I wont mention the name though. I attended a runway/catwalk show talk today and spoke with Rebekah Roy, the stylist, she’s so sweet and really friendly! I will post photos soon. I do love going to the fashion events. It’s off to London again for me next week as well, I can’t wait for that 🙂

I’m wearing my Paige Premium Verdugo jeggings in Stratus, a H&M white tee, a Levi’s flannel shirt, River Island grey flats, a Topshop house ring, a Miss Selfridge necklace and River Island sunglasses.

Don’t forget to enter my MET Jeans giveaway, you can win a free pair from me! Enter here. I also have listed a tonne of new stuff on eBay so you can check that out here. I have a brand new contest coming up on Monday with Trilogy stores as well. I am excited about that one!

A Lazy Levi’s Day

I thought I would give you something different with an outfit post this time. I normally wear looser jeans and comfy t-shirts if I’m just popping out somewhere quick so this is one of my lazy day style outfits. I like to be comfortable when I’m just running errands as you lovely US readers call it 🙂

I’m wearing a pair of skinny boyfriend Levi’s jeans, a Mango waistcoat printed t-shirt, River Island flat shoes and a Topshop beaded charm bracelet.

This top is one I have had for a few years and found during my closet clean out! I’m so glad I found it! The shoes unfortunately give me blisters as I have sensitive feet so I wont be wearing those again lol! I just recently bought a pair of flat over the knee boots as well which I can’t wait to tell you about! The brand is fantastic! I hope you are all enjoying the Fashion Week posts I am spending a lot of time putting up 🙂

My K.B Lush denim jewellery contest is ending on Monday so please make sure you get your entries in quickly. We have 43 entries so you have a good chance of winning if you enter! You only have to leave a comment to get a valid entry. Click here to go to the contest blog post.
