I have always been fond of the Urban Renewal Levi’s shorts in Urban Outfitters, but the fact that most of them were pretty much bleach white didn’t really make me want a pair. I saw this pair in the store and I thought they were gorgeous though! I love the dark blue they have to them and the perfect part was they were my size. I had no idea what size I would be in vintage Levi’s, as it turns out I’m a 31, which I find funny since with today’s sizing I am a 27!
I’m wearing my vintage Urban Renewal Levi’s cut offs, Miss Selfridge cream cardigan, Warehouse black leggings, River Island pink and orange scarf, H&M cream tank top, my Topshop bag, my Urban Outfitters wedges and my new Azendi Carousel earrings.
I decided pairing them with black leggings would be a good option since it’s too cold for bare legs. Of course I added some colour with my pink and orange sparkly scarf too! I’ve also included some photos of my new earrings I said I purchased, mine and my boyfriend’s food and some cool cast iron hand prints of famous people in the rest of this post. What do you think of the outfit?
My boyfriend and I ate in Cosy Club which is actually one of our favourite places to eat. We found out about it back in Autumn last year and they have great food. Plus it’s not overly expensive for the amount you get! My favourite thing to have there is the herb marinated chicken burger with fries and salad and my boyfriend always likes to have the cheese burger with fries and salad and then onion rings if he can fit them in, ha ha! Looking at these pictures again makes me hungry!
We came across this really cool stone flower bed with iron plaques around it with famous peoples hand prints set in them. There were quite a few around them, but I never knew most of the names. I included photos of Joan Collins and Penelope Keith. My hands didn’t really fit in most of the ladies prints, they seem to have small hands, unless the iron has shrunk over the years, but they did pretty much fit in Joan’s and Penelope’s! I love finding cool things like this!
